1. Shipping Rates
Orders over $150.00 qualify for free standard shipping. Orders below that threshold ship at a flat rate of $12.00 per order. Rates are calculated at checkout before you submit your order.
2. Processing & Handling
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Research products are packaged in temperature- appropriate materials to preserve stability during transit. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is received.
3. Delivery Times
Delivery times vary by destination and carrier. Estimated delivery windows are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for carrier delays.
4. Restricted Destinations
We only ship to locations where research peptides may be lawfully sold and received. We reserve the right to cancel orders destined for restricted jurisdictions.
5. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of research chemicals, all sales are final unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will review and, if appropriate, issue a replacement or refund.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, risk of loss transfers to the customer. Please ensure your shipping address is secure and accurate.
7. Address Errors
You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses may not be eligible for reshipment or refund.
